Delivery
All Deliveries placed before 4pm will be sent out the same day for next day delivery.
All deliveries are made by DPD. All our shipments are sent on a next day service. Although this is not a guaranteed service our statistics show a 99% success rate for next day deliveries.
Orders placed after 4pm Friday or on the weekend will be sent out Monday (excluding bank holidays).
You will be emailed a tracking number with your invoice so you can trace your shipment online.
If your order is over £50.00 then UK mainland delivery is free, Just select the free delivery option in your basket.
Need us to ship to Europe?
No problem although we will need to charge you a little more for delivery depending on where you are. These are cost prices through DPD - we do not make money on shipping charges and do not charge a handling fee.

Returns
If you are not happy for whatever reason with your purchase please just email us quoting your order number and the reason for return and then we will assign you a returns number.
Then return the item in its orignal condition including packaging and a proof of postage.
Once the item has been received we will issue a credit or send out a replacement item, whichever you prefer.

Secure Card Ordering Status
We will only take payment when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, and payment is automatically rejected for items that we are unable to send if they are registered as out of stock.
