Delivery

All UK mainland deliveries are made by DPD and are sent on a next day service. Although this is not a guaranteed service our statistics show a 99% success rate for next day deliveries.

 

 

If you need a tracking number then please do not hesitate to ask or include this request in the special instruction and we will email you with the tracking number.

 

 

If your order is over £50.00 then UK maniland delivery is free, Just select the free delivery option in your basket.

 

Delivery over the Christmas period

Please be aware that the deadline for orders in time for Christmas delivery is 2pm on Monday 21st December.

 

Orders placed before on Monday the 21st before 2pm will be delivered Tuesday the 22nd December however please note that someone must be available to sign for the parcel.

 

Orders received after 2pm on the 21st December til the 30th December will be sent by Royal Mail and will be subject to standard Royal Mail delivery time scales.

 

Orders received after 30th December will be sent on 4th January by our normal carrier for delivery the following day.

 

From the 4th January our normal service will be resumed.

 

Need us to ship to Europe?

 

No problem although we will need to charge you a little more for delivery depending on where you are. These are cost prices through DPD - we do not make money on shipping charges and do not charge a handling fee.

ZONE 2   -   3 Day Service

Austria, Denmark, Liechenstein and Switzerland.

 

 

Zone 3   -   3/4 Day Service

Czech Republic, Itlay, Slovakia and Spain.

 

 

ZONE 4    -   4/5 Day Service

Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Solvenia and Sweden.
