Q. Is VAT included on the prices shown on your website?

A. Yes it is and we are also VAT registered so if you are a professional user we can provide a VAT invoice for you.

Q. What do I do if I need some help in finding the correct product to do the job?

A. If you need any help what so ever please feel free to fill in the enquiry page in the contact us tab at the top of the website and ask us. We will do our very best to answer any questions that you have.

Q. What do I do if I want to return an item?

A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us quoting your order reference and the reason for return and we will assign you a goods return note number. Please then return the item in its original condition, including packaging and if necessary please make sure that you can obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then dispatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.

Q. How long will delivery take?

A. We use a next day service on all our shipments. If an order is received before 2:00pm Monday to Thursday it will be despacthed the same day and delivered the following day. Friday despatches will be delivered Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched Monday and delivered Tuesday. We do use a carrier service and so can not gaurentee a next day delivery but our current statistics show a 99% sucessful next day delivery.
